Paul is a credentialed Learning & Technology Manager with years of experience in learning practices/pedagogy, curriculum development and delivery of best practice methods for learning. He has successfully delivered professional learning programs to effect change in all levels of education nationally. This has been achieved through a range of senior roles: Learning Manager, Lecturer/Course Coordinator, and Professional/Leadership Facilitator.
He specialises in curriculum development and course writing; the integration of computing technology in education, design thinking and is seen as a leader in emerging technologies in education. In his most recent role as National Learning Manager at Datacom, Paul successfully managed key strategic projects focused on building schools' capacity for change management through professional learning programs and leadership training in schools.
Paul brings a broad understanding of, and holds great relationship with all levels of education and associated professional service providers across Australia, and has successfully delivered pedagogically grounded technological learning outcomes across the schools sector.
National Sales and Marketing Manager
Joining the Foundation for Educational Digital Development (FEDD) in 2017, David brings over 25 years of consulting experience to his role.
With a background in IT and sales, leads our Digital Education Consulting team, helping FEDD’s member schools improve educational outcomes through Digital Education. Before joining FEDD, David held senior management positions in consulting and ICT Services businesses.
David holds a BBus, an MBA, GAICD and is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. In 2018, David commenced a Master of Education, researching Digital Technologies in remote Indigenous Australian schools.
Joining the Foundation for Educational Digital Development (FEDD) in 2017, Emma works as a Digital Education Teacher Consultant. Her job is to help teachers with their implementation of digital education within their classrooms. Emma is available to teachers using the BouncED platform to support the use of the system.
Emma graduated from University with a Bachelor of Education degree in Advanced Study of Early Years with Education and then went on to complete a school centred course to gain her Qualified Teacher Status.
Emma left the UK and arrived on the sunny shores of Australia in May 2017 after teaching special needs students for seven years. Her specialism was working with pupils who had been excluded from mainstream school due to Social, Educational and Behavioural difficulties. During this time she taught English and Maths up to English GCSE level and also successfully started a new Primary Education Unit that catered for pupils who could not access a mainstream primary setting.
Emma is passionate about raising achievement for all students without creating a bigger workload for teachers.
Joining the Foundation for Educational Digital Development (FEDD) in 2017 Penny delivers support and solutions in teacher management for educators of today leading into the future.
Penny is passionate about helping teachers to understand Digital Education and works to increase the adoption Digital Education within schools. With her background in Teaching, Penny understands the demands placed on Teachers within schools and applies her extensive Digital Education experience to help these Teachers to provide better learning outcomes for their students, without the burden of additional teaching duties.
With a background in the Visual Arts, she has held positions as Lecturer and Tutor for Universities, Primary schools, Secondary schools and alternative education establishments. Penny holds a Grad Dip in Education, B.A. of Visual Arts and Advanced Diploma in Animation.
